Shipping Destinations
AKITS proudly ships internationally, including to Southeast Asia, Australia, Canada, and the USA. All orders are processed in Indonesia
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 3 business days.
- Estimated delivery times vary by region:
- SE Asia: 3-7 days
- Australia: 5-7 days
- Canada & USA: 7-10 days
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
For items currently in stock, please note that an additional 1-3 days may be required for warehouse processing before estimating total delivery time.
If you are interested in pre-order items, please check the estimated date listed on the product description page. Additionally, we kindly advise against selecting express shipping for pre-order items.
Shipping Fees & Duties
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customs
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid directly by the recipient upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs regulations.
Please note that the shipment will be delivered without any duties and taxes paid.
As per local customs policy, all import duties and/or taxes must be cleared by the customer.
Please note that more taxes may apply to orders shipped via express delivery.
Restrictions
Our courier cannot guarantee safe delivery to a specific address, so please provide your address and specific details such as street/building name, street/building/unit number, full name, contactable telephone number, email, postcode and any other identifiable landmarks for delivery.
Delivery address limitations
Please note that Express shipping does not support shipping to PO.BOX/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Please be careful when providing PO.BOX/APO/FPO/DPO addresses for all countries/regions, as shipping to these addresses may result in lost packages and unexpected delivery delays.
For certain countries or territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, and European islands and territories, delivery times may be extended. If you would like to receive your package sooner, please contact customer service to inquire about expedited shipping options, which may require you to pay an additional shipping fee. Delivery times may be slower for remote islands, and additional fees may apply for remote delivery addresses.
Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to pick up the package from your local post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive for timely deliveries, AKITS is not responsible for delays due to customs processing or unforeseen carrier issues. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to our support team for assistance.
Delivery Failed Situation
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer negligence, including but not limited to errors in the delivery information provided, such as incorrect order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we cannot refund your order.
